Fundraising FAQs
Can our organization advertise/promote the fundraiser inside the restaurant during the event?
To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and staff, organizations may not promote their fundraiser inside the restaurant. This includes setting up tables, handing out flyers, or displaying posters or signage. Orders that contribute to the donation amount should be placed by supporters who are aware of the fundraiser ahead of time only, as in-store promotion can be disruptive to operations and other diners.
Can our organization advertise/promote the fundraiser ahead of time, leading up to the event?
Yes! We automatically create flyers and social media graphics tailored for your event. These materials can be downloaded on the main fundraiser profile that is created once your fundraiser night is approved.
Do third-party delivery and catering orders count towards the fundraiser night?
No. Fundraisers only include dine-in, to-go, online
When will my organization receive the fundraiser check?
You can expect to receive the fundraiser check 40-45 days after the results have been posted to your fundraiser profile.
